It was my first time in Anyang. I am quite picky about hotels, but I have to give this hotel a five-star rating. The front desk reception was warm and responsive. Because the train time was 6:30 in the evening, I hoped to rest after the trip before going to the train station. I asked for a late check-out, and the front desk extended it to 5:30. I am really grateful. The driver Xiaolu was on time and polite. He insisted on taking the two suitcases himself. It was a very good accommodation experience.

The service was very good, the food was delicious, and I used the private room for free. I would like to especially thank a girl in the small private room around 8pm on the 7th. She was kind and enthusiastic, like a little sister next door. It was a pity that I forgot to ask her name, and when I returned to the hotel for the next two days, it was after the restaurant's opening hours. We almost missed the train when we left, but luckily the hotel arranged for Master Lu to take us to the station, and he arrived just in time. Master Lu also provided us with emotional value along the way. Thank you very much! Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service in a small city.
